Marco van der Putten Landau, Sinologist, Founder & CEO

Marco started his professional career in 2002 in Beijing while still at university. He has more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurial, financial advisory and educational projects in China. These were realized through Eyes on China and Hodaya International, the innovative companies he co-founded in Beijing. Marco's leadership combines with a unique exposure from a very young age to many cultures, languages and countries. His rational, practical and down-to-earth approach allows him to lead, drive and positively influence others. It also allows him to analyze complex industry scenarios of today’s world, as well as to perfectly deliver complicated business messages to a large multicultural audience.

 

A strong advocate of effective communication in business at CIBP Marco is directly involved in both the medical and renewable fields. Working always in an international context, he has a high fluency level in several western and eastern languages.

40 years of Executive Management, Biz Dev & Physics engineering experience in broad tech sectors (ELOP / ELBIT, Optid, NDS,..) including leading the technology aspects, business development, marketing and sales teams. Avishai possesses strong business acumen and expertise in the following industries: Solar PV and Renewable Energy and Electro-Optical Technologies in areas such as Homeland Security, Space and Aerial Cameras, Remote Sensing, Multi-Spectral Systems and Medical Devices.

Boudewijn Poldermans, Sinologist & Strategic Consultant

His career spans more than 40 years in academia and senior management positions in business-and financial advisory services, trade and investment consulting in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam, and strategic and political advice to European and Asian governments.
